Description

Liebesszene nach der Lektüre des "Ossian". In ovalem Bildausschnitt angedeutetes Interieur mit Sofa, darauf sitzend Lotte nach links gewendet, das Gesicht halb mit einem Tuch verbergend. Rechts neben ihr kauert Werther, ein Textblatt des "Ossian" und seine Arme auf Lottes Schenkel liegend, das Gesicht ganz verbergend.
