Die Munitionskiste vom Fliegerhorst Eschborn ist eine relativ einfache Holzkiste mit vier Fächern, vermutlich für Granaten. Auf der Kiste ist in schwarzer Schrift die Herkunft festgehalten: "Eigentum Flg. Horst Kdtr. Eschborn Taunus". Der Fliegerhorst Eschborn bestand unter deutscher Führung von ca. 1939 bis 1945. Danach übernahm ihn die US Air Force.
